How do I place an order?
Browse through our collection and select the items you like.
Choose the size and add the item(s) to your cart.
Enter your shipping address with the correct pin code.
Review your cart to ensure the right items and total amount.
Select your preferred payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, or COD).
Complete online payments via our secure payment gateway. For COD, verify your mobile number with an OTP.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email & SMS with your order details.
Can I add items or change size after placing an order?
Currently, we do not allow changes to an existing order. You can place a new order and cancel or return the previous one.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be modified once the order is confirmed.

Are taxes included in the prices?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST as per Indian tax laws.
Are there shipping charges?
Standard delivery is free. COD orders incur a non-refundable fee of ₹99.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
Do I need an account to shop on Meknye?
No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account saves your address details for faster checkout.

How can I avail COD?
Select “Cash on Delivery” during checkout and verify with OTP. COD is available for orders up to ₹7,499.
Are there any additional charges for COD?
Yes, a non-refundable fee of ₹99 applies.
What happens if a payment fails?
Failed payments will be automatically refunded within 7 business days. For unresolved cases, contact us with:

How can I track my order?
Track via the Meknye App under “Orders” or click the tracking number in your email.
Send “Hi” on WhatsApp at [Your WhatsApp Number].
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 3 working days and delivered within 5 working days to serviceable locations.
Why can’t my order be shipped?
Out of stock items
Products failing quality check
What if there’s an issue with the delivered product?
Raise a request via WhatsApp or email within 72 hours of delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
How do I return Meknye products?
Raise a return request via the App or WhatsApp.
Select the item(s), quantity, and reason for return.
Schedule a pickup or self-ship the product.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after quality check.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancel via App or WhatsApp before the item is shipped.
If already dispatched, refuse delivery to return the order.
When will I receive a refund?
Prepaid: 5-15 working days
COD: Refund link sent via SMS/Email, valid for 7 days
What are the return conditions?
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Apparel & footwear must have original tags.
Excluded: Innerwear, socks, customized items (except manufacturing defects).
Can I exchange products?
Exchanges are not available online. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How do I reset my account password?
Go to Profile → Forgot Password → Follow instructions.
How do I care for Meknye products?
Apparel: Wash inside out; avoid high heat; follow care labels.
Footwear: Clean gently with a soft cloth; air dry; avoid machine wash/dry.
Do Meknye products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
Promotions & Vouchers
How do I apply a voucher code?
Enter the code at checkout under “Enter Coupon Code.”
What if my voucher doesn’t apply?
Check T&Cs for product applicability and ensure correct code entry.
Are vouchers refunded for returns?
Discount vouchers are not refundable; some may be reactivated based on T&C.
