1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or sale/discounted products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Conditions

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is in resalable condition.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for processing.

3. Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for pickup if applicable.

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process your exchange or refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or under special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear and similar items are non-returnable.
